Resend Email

To resend the email, EOs can follow these steps:
  1. Select “Event” menu
  2. Click “Report” to view the desired event report
  3. On the Participant List tab, click “Resend Email” in the action section on the desired order data
  4. When the email resend confirmation popup appears, click “Yes” to approve the email resend
  5. or click “Cancel” to not resend the email.
